Smitha's event announcement about the best dishes of 2010 got me all excited as it's a perfect opportunity to go ga-ga about my creations or as in this case my hubby's.

The humble Idlis get a red-hot makeover ! Stuffed with pickles, coated in the Idli Batter and rolled over in chilli powder this beauty finally gets all golden by swimming
in hot oil !
Tuck in to them as entrée or savour them with a steaming hot cuppa you are sure to be seduced !!
