Ingredients--
- Flour - 1 cup (approx 200gms --- a mix of wheat flour & refined flour)
- Powdered Sugar - 1 1/4 cup ( i used white, you can substitute with brown or a mix of both)
- Butter - 1/2 cup (melted)
- Ripe Banans -4
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
- Baking Powder - 1tsp
- Baking soda - 1tsp
- Nuts - 1/2 cup and some more (a mix of cashews,almonds,walnuts,raisins)
How:-
Sieve the flour along with baking powder & baking soda and set aside.
Finely powder the sugar and whisk it to the butter along with the vanilla essence.
Add the flour little by little and whisk well.
Mix in the nuts and scrape the batter to the greased tray.Finely powder the sugar and whisk it to the butter along with the vanilla essence.
Puree the bananas and add it to the butter/sugar mixture.
Let it bake till a fork comes out clean. It took almost 50 - 55 minutes.Remove and cool on a wire rack. Serve with frosting if you please !
