The sauce i prepare during the weekend and kept in fridge comes handy for many dishes during the week.
A great kids corner recipe these wraps are a must try!
Here's how i prepare these yummy wraps---
Ingredients:-
- Arrabbiata Sauce
- Phulkas
- Onion - few slices
- Grated Cheese
- Pepper Powder
- coriander Leaves
- Olive Oil
Method:-
Make phulkas from the Wheat Dough.
Now spread liberal coat of the Arrabbiata Sauce on the phulka.
Top it with Grated Cheese.
Add a few slices of Onions. You can add a few slices of cut cucumber if you have. Sprinkle some pepper powder ,add little chopped coriander leaves and drizzle a few drops of olive oil.
The wraps are ready.
The other day i used grated tofu, few pieces of boiled corn cobs as toppings. They came out well.
Some other toppings that come to my mind to make these wraps more fun are boiled potatoes, soya chunks, etc--
Let the Kids Breakfast be an enjoyable affair !
