A Malabari delicacy, these delicious banana balls is very easy to make and real yum with high calories ...... Indulge in it once in a while.....
All you need is:-
- Ripe Bananas (2)
- Grated Coconut- 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Cashew nuts ( a handful)
- Raisins ( a few)
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:-
Steam the bananas with the skin. Peel and Mash it . Add grated coconut, sugar, cardamom powder, cashews and raisins to it and make small balls of the mixture.
Heat Oil in a frying pan. Deep Fry the balls till Golden Brown. Place it on a issue to drain off the oil and serve.
