Sweet Buns

The leftover dough and the filling from cinnamon Rolls got another makeover. They were made in to sweet buns and the freshly baked delights were perfect with my evening tea.

I am not going in to the ingredients for the dough and the filling. The method is explained below:-

Take a small quantity of the dough, make a small pouch and place the filling.
Cover it and roll  gently to a smooth ball like shape.

Place them on the Baking tray and cover with a damp cloth for 10 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 190C.
Now give an egg wash to the buns and bake them for 10-12 minutes till they turn a golden brown in colour.

Enjoy!
