Ingredients:-
- Onion ( 1 medium sized)
- Carrots (2-3)
- Coriander leaves (3-4 stalks)
- Black Peppercorn ( a big tsp)
- Leeks - leaves n tubers ( 3-4 stalks)
- Celery ( 2-3 stalks)
- Garlic (2-3 pods)
Method:-
Roughly chop the onions and carrots. Now in a big pan add all the ingredients, pour 6 cups of water and bring to a boil. Then close the lid and let it simmer for 30 minutes.

Once it is cool, strain and the stock is ready to use.
This stock can also be stored for use.
